With 1500 staff, 800 of which are clinically qualified the group had a turnover of £1.5Bn, supporting 40 pharma clients across 390 disease areas, with 20 of those pharma clients within rare disease supporting 70 conditions.
Our 500 nursing staff delivered 301,000 patient visits, 35,000 of which were training visits. Our customer care teams received 780,000 inbound calls and made 1.6M calls to support our patients. 551,000 prescriptions were processed. We enrolled 69,200 new patients.
We delivered into 25 countries from our 15 distribution centres.
1.1M orders were taken and 1.2M deliveries were made.
Our quality team of 40, recorded 219,000 adverse events and 10,600 product quality complaints.
All of this strength is applied on behalf of our pharma clients and their patients.
